An Update on Covid-19

Loyal SOUPER SALAD® customers,

We wanted to share with you the great news that dine-in restrictions have begun to ease in many of the cities we have SOUPER SALAD restaurants. This means that many of our locations are either open or are preparing to open as soon as possible. Because your safety and the safety of our incredible franchisees and their staff remains our number one priority, we wanted to let you know the steps our franchisees have taken to best serve your favorite meals in the most delicious and safe way!

In compliance with federal, state and local reopening protocols, social distancing guidance and industry best practices, for now, we are temporarily converting our self-service buffets into full-service all you can eat buffets. Rest assured, you can still eat as much as you want but for now, let us wait on you and your family. You will also notice that we are reducing the number of persons that may be inside each restaurant at any one time and some states are also limiting the total number of persons that can sit at a table to 6 or less; you will notice that available tables will be identified with a card reading that this table has been cleaned and sanitized. This is an ever-evolving process and we expect that our restaurants will eventually be back to self-service and 100% capacity but only when it is safe for you, our franchisees and their staff.

Our SOUPER SALAD restaurants are locally owned and operated, many of our franchisees live in the communities where their restaurants are located. This is a challenging time for everyone and we want to thank you for continued loyalty and support.

Please check with your favorite SOUPER SALAD for updated hours of operation and we look forward to seeing you back real soon!
