How do I earn points?
Every $1 spent at a participating SOUPER SALAD = 1 point. Reach 150 points and they automatically convert into a free adult buffet reward redeemable at a participating SOUPER SALAD restaurant.
How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your account on our website anytime to check your points and rewards.
What can I redeem at 150 points?
A free adult buffet at a participating SOUPER SALAD restaurant: soup, salad, the whole thing. Note, drinks are sold separately and not included in the buffet.
What happens to my points after I earn a reward?
Once your points convert into a reward, your balance resets to zero and you start earning toward your next free buffet.
Do my points expire?
Your points don’t expire, but they reset to zero when you hit the 150-point milestone and convert into a reward.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes. Your $3 off sign-up offer expires 30 days from when that reward was issued. Your birthday reward also expires 30 days from the day it was issued. Earned rewards will expire 12 months after issued. Other rewards will vary.
Is there a birthday reward?
Yes! You’ll get a $5 off an adult buffet reward on your birthday. Just make sure your birthday is in your profile at least 48 hours before the date so we can celebrate with you.

Can I earn points on everything I buy?
Points are earned on every qualified purchase at a participating SOUPER SALAD restaurant. You will not earn points on the purchase of gift cards but you will earn points when you use a SOUPER SALAD gift card to purchase a meal at a participating restaurant.
Can I use my reward with other offers or discounts?
We do not allow discount stacking, so you can only use one offer per purchase.
How do I sign up?
Sign up online at our website, scan the QR code in restaurant, or visit the link on our site. Sign-up takes less than a minute.
Is there an app?
Nope, no app needed. Just sign up online and you’re set.
How do I earn points and redeem rewards at the register?
Just give the phone number you signed up with to the cashier at a participating SOUPER SALAD restaurant. Your points will be tracked automatically, and any available rewards will show up at checkout.
What if I forget the phone number I used?
No problem. The SOUPER SALAD team can look you up by name or email at the register.
Can I redeem my reward at any Souper Salad location?
Rewards can be earned and redeemed at participating SOUPER SALAD restaurants.
